Wild West Online: The Game the West Needs

If Rockstar's, Red Dead Redemption, RDR, doesn't show how much we love our Westerns, then someone needs to call Will Smith and tell him to dawn the hat and pistols and get ready to saddle up once again. But I digress, I don't think we need another movie, but we definitely need some awesome gritty John Wayne type of kill em dead and shoot outs with a crowd who yearns to see who's trigger finger is the fastest in the land.

Wild West Online,WWO, published by DJ2 and developed by, 612 Games, knows that the PC world missed out on a gem with Red Dead Redemption, and this shall be the RDR that they never got. Personally, this is something that I think everyone has wanted. WWO is going to be a PvP MMO that plans to expound on RDR's multiplayer, which is really good!

Those who yearn to be the next Billy the Kid, will be able to become the most wanted in the land, as bandits will have a bounty placed upon their head, in which other players can become bounty hunters and hunt down those bandits with the largest bounty on them. I can see it now, a group of elite bandits banding together to forming a coalition and becoming the most notorious and making a name for themselves.

Check out their website to get a look at some beautiful screenshots. Let's keep an eye on this game, and await the Kickstarter that's slated to launch on May 26. Hopefully this game will pull an, Ashes of Creation, and surpass their goal on the first day, because PC players NEED this just in case PC players don't get RDR 2, which drops later this year.

On June 1st, SpeedRunners shall be racing onto the store FOR FREE as apart of Xbox's Games with Gold program. SpeedRunners is an intense 2D multiplayer racing game. I would say it's like Mario Kart but you're running. You have power-ups that you can collect that you hinder your opponent(s) to claim the coveted first place as yours. The game's main objective is to eliminate your opponents and be the last one standing, so I guess it's a bit like Last Man Standing. The levels are varied and offer varying degrees of difficulty as there's many ways to get around on the map from multiple path ways to accelerated pads to help either keep you in the race or push you further ahead. Honestly, give this game a chance if you're Xbox, because I mean come on now, it's free!

Marvel Heroes Omega Shifts to Open Beta on PS4

After several weeks of Closed Beta grinding, massive amounts of keys given away, many people streaming and hyping the game up, Marvel Heroes Omega, is finally going to be moving from CBT to Open Beta! Though there shall be a wipe, so everyone who got any heroes to Level 60 will have to get ready to do it all over again, but if you loved the game, this shouldn't be much of an issue at all. Open Beta begins on May 23rd for everyone, but if you bought into the CBT with a Founder's Pack or bought in the Premium currency, Gs, you shall be given Head Start access, starting on May 19th. The OBT for the PS4 will have 38 heroes available for play at launch, but if you want Iron Fist or War Machine, you'll need a Founder's Pack or else you'll have to wait 6 months before they are released to the public. Paladins: Champions of the Realm recently went into open beta on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Besides being known for their other game, Hi-Rez hosts tournaments and they are the epitome of hype. Next Saturday, May 20th, they will be hosting their first day of competitive Paladins on console. This console wars is to earn a spot at Dreamhack Valencia.
